Palms at Wailea Maui

This condo was absolutely gorgeous! The air conditioner was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place. Amazing view from the Lani.

Condo was extremely dated and looked like it hadn't been updated since the 70s. Definitely had a smell that permeanted everywhere. Hot water peaked at warm. Shower head was a mess. Was not enjoyable being inside at all. The grounds themselves are nice and the location is good, but there are a ton of adjacent properties where I would recommend staying trying over this.

Very quiet and safe

It was clean, very spacious and nice views to the ocean and sunset from the balcony. Walking distance from the best Wailea has to offer. It was well and tastefully furnished. Had plenty of beach towels to use.

Kitchen is very well equipped but some elements were missing or not up to scratch. There was only 1 cutting board. Grill did not work properly and wire brush was very worn out. Knifes were dull with signs of corrosion.

The views from the condo were stellar. Individual grills on a private lanai. Heated pool and jacuzzi. Grounds were beautiful. Great location to the best beaches and shopping in Wailea/Kihei area.

Mostly family friendly, but very restrictive with pool activities, ie no pool toys.

While there might be some nice condos at this complex, we did not get one. #607 is very run down. It hasn't been really cleaned in years. The fans have 2" of dust, as do all the artificial plants. There was food splattered on the walls. Cockroaches and ants also. The washer/dryer barely worked and sounded like they were going to fall apart any minute. It's also located in the farthest way corner of the property on the corner of two busy streets, thus very loud with traffic. Not a relaxing place to sit outside. The pool was nice. We would not stay here again.

I love the location and it is easy to walk to gorgeous beaches. The property is beautifully maintained, but the condo we stayed in looked tired and a little run down. I have stayed at nicer condos in my previous stays at the Palms.
