Good basic accommodation, very clean. The host is accomodating and friendly. I’ve stayed previously and like the central location.

No wifi when I woke in the morning but could have been an outage as had wifi the previous day.

"Wonderful rooms in San Miniato."

Great location in San Miniato, just off the square. Terrific room overlooking the street, and handy places to eat within 1-2 blocks.

"Disappointing"

Location

No heating in the room and it is cold.. in the middle of december, I cannot assume that room will not have any heating… Beside there is only toilet in the room and no shower in the room! Just for your information. Be careful what you read and need.
