Flagstaff Green Apartments

Close to Central, clean, new bath and kitchen

Not enough Equipment, we had to ask for towels, plates, glasses, sheets, pillows. No soap in the bath. Bed for persons number 5 and 6 (what we payed for) wasn’t ready. Very, very dark flat. Chairs and table only for 4 persons.

Room was so spacious and comfortable for a family! Loved the access to the pool

I think the hotel could of had room service or breakfast both were definitely missing and another double couch and pool should be open longer :)

Easy to locate, good parking, good facilities

Wasn’t spare blankets in cupboards, had to collect keys else wear

Love that you had everything in the apartment - access to pool spa and gym was essential

Living space was decent size and beds were comfortable. The pool was a good inclusion.

Bedrooms a little small. Location is ok but if you are wanting to visit Crown Casino it requires a bit of walking to connect to public transport for a direct route or alternatively you can do a short walk where you then have to do multiple transport connections (none of this was difficult it just took a little more planning). Collecting key from a different location was a little annoying, especially when there was a staffed reception desk in the building our apartment was located in.

Good value for money for a large group About a 10 minute walk to Southern Cross Station

The room definitely could’ve used some maintenance, there were things that appears broken or a bit dodgy. Eg loose tile on the balcony. Room wasn’t cleaned once during the stay and we had to wash our own towels and when we tried to dry them the dryer was broken, requested more towels which were “unavailable due to it being busy”. Thankfully after trying again the staff were able to assist. Early check in and/or late check out costs a fee which I’ve never seen before .
