Element by Marriott Ontario

We are returning guests & knew we would choose this place for a trip to the World Series & to visit family & friends. We stay here for the location and access to EV Chargers. It's conveniently located across the Toyota Arena, but we love the location for the privacy and easy access to the freeway, Ontario Mills, great food, and airport. The free breakfast is really good & offers a great variety of hot and cold food. The gym is big for a hotel & has a view of the outside patio. The rooms have comfortable beds, and they're not too hard or too soft. I love the water filter for access to drinking water. The bathrooms have all been large each time we stay here. The staff are so friendly & accommodating. They offer hot herbal tea at the front desk daily along with hot coffee. Dogs are allowed, too, and you wouldn't know it if you didn't pass them by in the lobby. We highly recommend the Element for business or personal use. It's a lovely hotel & location.

We love this hotel! It's clean, modern, spacious, and the beds and pillows are so comfortable. They offer a nice variety of breakfast options, and the staff are friendly and responsive. We especially love the kitchen area in the room. It makes the stay so convenient. We will definitely be returning.

⸻ I recently stayed at the Element Hotel in Ontario and had an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The entire property is modern, clean, and truly designed with comfort in mind. Every detail—from the spacious rooms to the relaxing atmosphere—made my stay exceptional. A special shout-out to Jamie at the front desk! Jamie was amazing—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely elevates your entire experience, but Jamie did exactly that. Stellar customer service like this is what makes a hotel unforgettable. I highly recommend the Element Hotel to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be returning!

Walking distance to the venue. My room was next door to the elevator. Continental breakfast was delicious. Couldn’t ask for a better hotel. The parking lot was very spacious too! Plan to stay at the Element hotel in the upcoming months. 5 stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This hotel is top notch and had the service to match. The hotel is also in a great location next to plenty of places to eat in the out or back from an activity. My wife and I took a trip down to SoCal with my 14 y/o at the time and stayed here while we visited different attractions nearby. Rooms and lobby were very clean and breakfast was great. Manager Jerry even checked in with us to ensure we were happy with are stay. My wife is now headed back down there this week to stay there with her sister for a fun girls trip and I am sure we'll be back again after that. Thanks for the great experience!

The stand up shower had a spider, parking was annoying to find because of Toyota Arena event, bedroom walls had brown shiny stains.
