Very rude and unprofessional staff. Left us waiting for more than an hour for check-in even though they confirmed the time. When we were finally let in the apartment, it was very dirty and messy (still not cleaned from previous guests). So they threw us out again. The apartment is also in somewhat bad neighbourhood and one night someone was kicking in the door at 4 a.m. They accused us without even asking first and were very rude (needless to say it wasn’t us, even though we were also awoken by the attack, we didn’t even complain because we didn’t want to deal with the owners anymore than we had to).

The apartment has a lot of space which I like. The living room has a very beautiful view. The beds are very comfortable. It is clean and well arranged. Very close to the center.

About one of the bedrooms - There is a window that is between the room and the living room, but this is not enough for fresh air and natural light can’t enters in that room. The doors are not well fitted and there is noise if somebody of your family do something in the other room you can clearly hear it. But it’s okay for our vacation.

Greeted upon arrival. Great view of the city. Clean and tidy and was a great price.

Not much, only thing is this right on a hill (which I know a lot of Lisbon is on) but maybe rethink if you have elderly.

Location, plenty of space for 3 of us. Well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a separate living room.

Very small bathrom which had no handle and it wasn't possible to close the door or to keep them closed. We send messages to the available host phone numbers asking for repairement but got no answer. Also isolation is not so good, we could hear the neighbours walking, talking, watching tv. Flat is on a ground floor, on the one side, bedroom window facing the street, so it is not possible to leave it open during the night or when you are not in the room. Luckily we only slept there and except for the bathroom door everything else was not very big problem for us. The bathroom size would probably be a problem for a plus size persons.

They let us in a little bit earlier because we have a baby The rooms are big and there´s furniture to put all your belongins

The mattresses are old and not comfty at all. Ours sunk in the middle (my husband´s back hurts after this) The shower was clogged, and when we showered the water came out into the bathroom. The neighborhood is iffy (depending on the street you take to get there, you may run with either drunk people or people doing drugs, which was our case. You can hear the people from the apartament above talking.

Smaller than we thought So it can get quite crowded for 5 or 6 people The pictures are embelished so it looks more vibrat in colours than what it actually is, old appartment. The second room has no direct window only to the living room, plus the bed is too soft and squicky making noise with every movement The cutlery was not clean on the drawers Fuse is quite sensitive when plugging a lot of phones charging at the same time so if you woth a big group expect some blackouts 😅
