الفندق جميل وعلى نظام بوتيك . به جميع احتياج اي شخص بشكل فاخر ونظيف وراقي.. موظفي الاستقبال ودودين جدا جدا ومحترفين.. وخدمة الغرف سريعة ومتمكنة موقع الفندق مثالي جدا لشخص يزور زيوريخ لاول مرة.. قريب من كل شي تقريبا سانصح اي شخص الاقامة في الفندق فيه عند زيارة زيوريخ

السعر عال .. لكن زيوريخ غالية جدا بطبعها الغرف صغيرة جدا

I really wish someone else had written this review before we booked, because … this hotel was not our cup of tea. Let me start with the positives: it’s clean, the shower pressure was good, and the location is great. And now for the rest… The hotel has roughly the same charm as a blobfish who just failed a job interview. The rooms are about the size of a shoebox, and the corridors triggered traumatic flashbacks to my boarding school days. When we asked if we could shorten our stay from three nights to one, we were politely informed that we had prepaid and would essentially be donating the other two nights to the hotel’s retirement fund. In short: I’m sure some people will love this place. We are decidedly not those people. And we will not be back—unless we get lost..

first thing .. the staff ... the team here is truly AMAZING ... all the ladies were kind, helpful, welcoming i really liked lura (sorry if that's not how to spell the name) she helped us out a lot from check in until check out i truely loved staying here and felt right at home because of the team .. so again thank you so much for everything the location of this hotel is really exceptional .. you got everything around you..... including touristy attraction, restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops, bakeries, and even public transportation .. it's all few mins by walking .. people who will arrive without cars will LOVE the location so much the room size and arrangement were really good, very clean facilities bathroom had a cool slider door with good ventilation the breakfast although it was small and limited but i really think it's excellent .. the lady with red hair (sorry i forgot to ask her name) she was so kind .. she even prepared the breakfast 30 min earlier for our last day because we had a flight to catch .. i really appreciate your help so much

the entrance is hard to find ... especially if you're arriving by car .. you have to go from the main street to a narrow walk-way and barely have enough space in the front to load and unload your stiff .. and personally i got confused because there is a store in the ground floor that sells clothing so i was not sure if i reached the correct place or not there is no parking spaces around the hotel .. you will have to park in not-so-far away public parking space around like 10-15 min walk from the hotel but it's SUPER expensive with a day rate of 45 franks ... if you want a discounted rate you will have to pay at the hotel as they will give you a 36 franks per night poor room lighting .. maybe consider adding more light ?? last thing we had an incident with the elevators which broke down on the last day.. we had to carry our luggage on the stairs (we stayed in third floor) which was a bit of an inconvenience and we werent compensated in any way for that ... the price to stay here was very expensive too which i didnt like anyway i really truly wish the best for Boutique Hotel Helmhaus team .. and i can assure you that will be staying at your hotel next time im in town for sure ... thank you so much for everything final verdict .. i highly recommend choosing this hotel when you're in zurich
