"Great place, poor reception staff "

The location is brilliant. Hotel reception/management are not good. They don’t want to support you. Not very welcoming. We arrived late with 2 children and they messed up our check in and had no water for us.

Lage und Umgebung waren hervorragend. DAS Apartment sehr sauber .Kommunikation perfekt Leider fand ich die Küchen Ausstattung nicht so gut. Kleiner 2Plattenherd keine Spülmaschine.

The villa was lovely and spacious nice view easily accessible to restaurants shops and the beach

Complex is so big lots of hotels in one space can imagine school holidays it being too busy.

"It was good - provided what we wanted - with a few simple additions it could be excellent."

Spacious villa, great view and seated veranda, aircon

Parking facility was not good - tight entrance over a straight kerb which will kill car tyres and tracking - no rampway to drive up. The villa was sparsely furnished especially downstairs which made it seem a little ''cold'' and not very homely.

The facilities are brilliant. Everything you need in one place. Super clean. Exactly what you expect from the photos

I understand paying a deposit for the use of beach towels and the in room safe but I didn’t agree with having to pay a daily ‘hire’ rate on top, albeit at a nominal amount
