"Great Staff!"

Front desk ladies were amazing! They were very friendly and personable! The room was clean, comfortable and fast WiFi.

Nothing comes to mind. They were painting the whole building, but that is a good thing.

"Nice stay, great staff."

This property is right next to interstate. We were first placed in room where noise was so much I knew I could not tolerate it. When I asked about a transfer, front desk staff did this immediately in a friendly manner and even gave us an upgrade he did not mention and we did not ask for. Queen suite large and very comfortable. Everything in room in good working order and clean. The hotel was undergoing interior wall painting and several features were out of order (hot tub). Breakfast typical waffles, eggs, biscuits and sausages. Ask for a room on the back parking lot side away from interstate for less noise.

"Dirty & Noisy Room"

Our room was dirty & very noisy next to interstate. Not the best after driving all day. The room needs to be renovated before they let someone else stay in it. The night clerk wouldn’t even come out of office. I watched someone try to buy soda and she just sat in the back room. We were tired after being on the road for 8 hours and had already brought our luggage upstairs, or I would have left. We had already booked a non refundable room, and didn’t want to fight to get a refund. The exterior is clean but the room was not. Maybe other rooms are better, but I highly recommend looking at your room before you bring up your luggage.

"Worn out and dated, working on much needed update,"

Worn out and dated property. In the process of being painted, but needs more than a coat of paint. Started with an abandoned shopping cart at the back door. Mentioned it to the clerk at check in and he said he knew about it, "somebody must of left it there." Outside the front door was a tread mill from the gym? Very odd. Room was clean, sheets clean. Smallest bar of soap that I have seen in a long time in the bath. Price was a good value though.
