Das Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber. Auch das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Preise sind unschlagbar

Kein Telefon (um Rezeption zu kontaktieren), kein Kühlschrank/Mini Hotel Bar im Zimmer, leider Frühstück nicht bis 12 Uhr möglich, nur bis 10.30 Uhr. Für Langschläfer oder Gäste die am vorherigen Tag an einem Konzert waren, leider schade. Sonst alles sehr gut im Hotel. Zimmer war sehr ruhig und modern. Wir buchen definitiv wieder dort

Wir waren schon mehrmals im Niu Frankfurt Messe, weil wir dort meist sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht haben. Dieses Mal waren wir vor allem von den Mitarbeitenden begeistert. Der Check In lief so freundlich und alle unsere Zimmerwünsche konnten erfüllt werden. Wir hatten ein großes und helles Zimmer. Es war ruhig, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Auch das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen und geschmeckt. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, direkt an der Straßenbahnlinie 17.

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer machte laute (Wasser-)geräusche, wahrscheinlich müsste die mal gewartet werden. Und im Niu finden wir immer die Duschen unkomfortabel - zu eng und an einer Seite geöffnet (und dadurch kühl und viel Wasser, was daneben spritzt). Ich fand das Bett groß und gemütlich, aber mein Mann fand die Matratze etwas zu weich. Wir hätten einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer für Tee gut gefunden.
