The rooms are very comfortable

Property was clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

Took away two stars because the breakfast food was just awful. They served what I think was meant to be scrambled egg patties but if you closed your eyes and tried to make out the flavor it was basically tasteless with a texture more like something with flour in it. So I tried a muffin, a chocolate muffin. Same thing: did not taste like chocolate but it did have a nice metallic aftertaste to it. In the end, we didn't finish eating any of these "foods" and regretfully threw them away. I hate to throw away food but that wasn't food. Everything else about the hotel was great! And I hate to leave a negative review, but there you have it. We might stay here again because of its convenience location wise but don't expect to have a good breakfast.

Nice, clean and quiet.

Pictures make place look updates. It’s not. Old - dark - old tub showers - old rugs. Very tired looking - breakfast very bleak

Desk person was rude and not helpful. This place also does not off wake up calls? I have never been to a hotel ever that wouldn’t do a wake up call.

Old worn hotel and not clean

Girl with glasses at front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional at check-in. She had very poor customer service skills and it was obvious that she does not like her job. Actually most of the front desk staff were not very friendly or helpful at all because every time I passed the front desk area I noticed there were always customers standing there waiting to be helped with no desk staff to be found. I gotta give props to the breakfast staff and housekeeping staff because they were great, they were extremely friendly and very helpful and accommodating. The room was on the 1st floor it was very clean I was not surprised because the housekeeping staff seem to actually care and wanted to do a good job. Unfortunately the shower curtain rod was practically hanging off the wall and there was black mold on the bathroom ceiling. This hotel could use some updating and renovating and most importantly mold remediation as I’m sure my room was not the only one that had black mold. Really don’t have much more to say… oh wait I forgot the really noisy AC unit that was a plus. Besides that Rhode Island was beautiful.

Desk staff were the worst. Especially the girl with glasses. No skills what so ever! Housekeeping were great and breakfast staff were amazing. Hotel needs some renovation and mold remediation
