The posting on Booking.com says they have parking on site/garage. But only after you book the appointment do you receive a message telling you that the parking charge is an additional 30% on top of the price of the room. I feel this is dishonest and should be disclosed on the Booking.com platform. In addition my credit card was immediately charged for the reservation. In light of these two issues, I canceled the reservation during the free period. I sent messages to the Hotel and all of them were ignored so communication was nonexistent. I ended up finding a much better accommodation for less money that included the parking so a win for me. How and why a hotel would charge your credit card during the free period as mandated by Brazilian law is beyond my comprehension. I had to file a dispute of my credit card company to get the money back because once the reservation was canceled they did not credit my account and I had to go through these extra steps… All of which are totally unnecessary. I do not recommend doing business with this Hotel!

O chuveiro do quanto em que fiquei estava horrível. Todo quebrado e com os jatos dispersos. Sugiro a troca do chuveiro imediatamente

O hotel não é o mesmo das fotos publicadas!!!! Tivemos que continuar no hotel, devido a compromissos já anteriormente feitos, mas ficamos indignados por ser totalmente diferente do que foi publicado nessas fotos! Estacionamento super cheio, mesmo pagando a parte das diárias, tive trabalho para estacionar o meu veículo.

O terraço só está disponível para eventos sob reserva, enquanto o anúncio mostra fotos e lista ele como uma das comodidades disponíveis. O terraço foi um dos fatores na minha escolha para ficar no hotel, então ver ele fechado foi frustrante.
