Prompt response from staff, Service, BF is good

Lots of Mosquitos in the room, need to put net to exhaust fan to avoid Mosquitos.

Rooms are clean and good.

Morning complimentary breakfast is not good.

Very friendly staff, good location, spacious room.

I have made bookings for my parents,the room was spacious and staff was courteous.

The location was known to us. we booked two rooms. THE EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE FOR ONE OF THE SMALLER ROOMS. The Hotel gave us Rooms without disclosing the pros and cons of the room, even after knowing that one room has a huge pervasive neighbouring Drain Waterway smell. The Hotel never declared that during Check-in (one Mr Patil and Nitin did not even mention). While checking out when I complained in the morning, they said we gave a choice. But I said to them that while giving choice you never mentioned the pros and cons of the room for a person to decide. Highly unprofessional. Treebo should review Hotels and Rooms that will be allocated with amenities and soft aspects of presentation, ventilation and smell. The experience with Treebo thru this booking has been horrible to say the least.

The hotel is typical 1980s hole in the wall with dingy small rooms and zero parking except on Road. They provide parking in the neighbouring Carat Lane shop only when it closes. With Furniture not even behoving of a modern hotel and for the price charged, it’s HORRIBLE AND COMPLETELY AVOIDABLE. Not sure why Treebo is associated with such Hotels.
