"Horrid, i would not stay here again."

The staff here was horrible, well atleast the ones i dealt with. Charged me a $400 deposit and my daughter and her boyfriend stayed at the hotel while me and my friend went to a concert, they had a few people come past while they were out in box hill ( 4 people) and then after about 10 minutes they had security come to the door and knock, my daughter had opened the door and talked to them which they tried to say their friends had to leave by 12 am, so my daughter agreed and apologised and explained that they werent staying and were just coming past while they were out. Security left and went back to reception which then reception had called me claiming my daughter was having a ‘party’ and they would be calling the police if my daughter and her friends werent out in 15 minute and theyd be taking my $400 deposit, mind you this was about 11pm and i didnt want then to kick my daughter out onto the street, and that apparently they didnt even answer the door which was completely untrue. I said that i would be leaving and on my way there and to wait but they just said they will be kicking them out . We managed to speak to a different lady in the morning and she was a decent amount nicer and helped us sort it out. We stayed here roughly about a month ago and now a month later they have decided to try and change the date to say we were meant to stay tonight and tried to charge me for a no show? So confused and upset with this property, such horrible people and the pool was across the busy highway that they claim to be in their facilities.
