"Good"

The room and the lady at front desk.

The power went out and we got stuck in the elevator. We had 3 kids that were freaking out. One almost passed out. The emergency button didn't work. We were stick in there for some minutes. Also for breakfast they mark down your number so you cant go twice. So after swimming my kids wanted a snack and she said only one time. I've stayed at this hotel before and never have we encountered such a thing.
