Alyssa & Timothy were exceptional at reception . Everything was extremely clean!!!!

Again, the pool was advertised as open, but upon arrival we were notified that it was closed due to maintenance. However, in this instance the hotel offered a free cancellation if we chose to stay elsewhere. Also, very tacky to have scanner plaques everywhere hinting at tipping.

Frühstück war ok

Ein Schild beim Check in hat uns verraten, dass der Pool länger wegen Renovierung geschlossen ist. Wir hatten uns für diese viel teurere aunterkunft entschieden wegen des Pools und Frühstück. Hätte gerne einen Rabatt erhalten oder die Infp vorher. Ist ja nichts kurzfristiges so eine Renovierung. Beim Check oute haben mehrere Leute gewartet weil niemand vom Personal kam. Haben nach einer halben Stunde einfach die Zimmerkarten hingelegt.

Clean and well kept up. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Accessible room even had a shower mat! Usually we have to bring one to other hotels.
