"dommage pour l'accueil - réceptionniste pas du tout en cause, direction minable"

chambre spacieuse et confortable très bien placé par rapport aux transports en commun

Arrivée dimanche fin de journée : 1 heure pour faire le check-in, une seule employée charmante et courageuse à la réception pour faire face à l'afflux de clients (visiblement une arrivée de séminaire avec des réservations compliquées : changement de chambres en cours de séjour) pourtant prévu. Aucune anticipation de la direction par rapport aux nombres de réservations prévues ce jour-là. Derrière moi, une vingtaine de personnes qui n'ont sans doute pas pu accéder à leur chambre avant 22h30. Un grand merci à la réceptionniste pour son calme et son professionnalisme. Un grand zéro à la direction

"Correct pour l'emplacement mais assez cher"

L'emplacement est bien et la chambre premium spacieuse. LE parking est bien placé pour arriver sur place directement. Le personnel d'accueil est agréable.

il y a aucune explication sur comment accéder au parking - il y a du bruit la nuit et surtout du personnel de nettoyage qui frappe à 8h du matin.
