À même pas 11h la chambre était déjà faite alors que l’heure de départ est jusqu’à 12h et le sac avec mes bouteilles de vin avait disparu et n’est réapparu qu’après na réclamation Ceci n’est pas acceptable

The staff very helpful and courteous. For the parking lot you have to go into the shopping center car park to level 2 and there's parking at the entrance.

No instructions for parking lot in advance.

Hermoso hotel para una estancia en Ginebra, las habitaciones y baño super espaciosos. La amabilidad de los empleados es superior. El hecho que no esté cerca del centro no es problema porque te brindan un pase de transporte público gratis para moverte por toda la ciudad. Y el transporte en Suiza es inmejorable
