Amazing resort with great amenities!

Not much to complain about.

Location is a bit far from the main CBD area, but we still liked the hotel. The staff had always been very helpful. I can mention the names of Bow, Olivia and other reception girls. They certainly helped us at every step and even allowed us an extra one hour of late check-out. The gentleman in charge of the morning breakfast on 14 Mar 2026 was very helpful and catered to all our dietary needs. Big kudos to him as well. Pool area bar was very good and we enjoyed our time there.

Communication was certainly an issue. I understand that English is not your primary language but to represent a hotel a large demography of overseas tourists come to stay, I certainly feel there should be people with better English communication skills. The limit of water bottles per day should be raised from 2 bottles to 4. It gets quiet hot in Phuket during March - April, so giving extra water bottles would not hurt the hotel much but it will certainly generate lots of good will.

Skyview Resort Phuket hosted my wife and me for five unforgettable days, and I’m honestly still lost for words. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday, and this resort made it feel truly special from the moment we arrived. The property itself is stunning modern, clean, and designed to make your holiday feel effortless. Our Jacuzzi Suite was spacious, classy, and spotless. Pure comfort. Since it was a birthday trip, we chose the Spark Your Romance package, which included a private dinner under the stars. The food was incredible beautifully cooked, full of flavour, and served in the most magical setting. But what truly sets Skyview apart is the staff. Every single person we interacted with from reception to housekeeping, the kitchen team, and support staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They assisted with our luggage, helped organise activities, and made us feel cared for throughout our stay. A very special thank you to Bow, Aiy and Tony for going above and beyond. You made our celebration unforgettable. Skyview Resort Phuket is simply amazing. If you’re looking for a place that elevates your holiday, this is it.

Very good hotel with nice, attentive staff. Perfect breakfast as you choose from the menu what you want. A bit far from centre and beach but there is a free shuttle provided by the hotel.

We stayed for 5 days and it was wonderful,it was clean,good service and the food was amazing.

Although it's located close to busy roads and in one of the busiest parts of Phuket, there's a definite sense of seclusion and tranquility when sitting on your balcony. Sure, it's a steep hike to reach the hotel, and a test of patience sometimes to get transport through the usual apps, but there's nowhere else I'd rather have stayed in Patong. The room is beautiful and spacious, and the breakfast covers all bases.

The awful choice of wines for the minibar ;) Whomever chose those should not be in charge of any food or drink related things... Thank God for the wine shops in the center.
