Very modern exceptional hotel very great service really enjoyed and very comfortable beds and the room was great. Balcony view was amazing.

They need to be a little bit clearer about the item charges if you use them. The hotel was on a hill so walking up there was very tough. They need to have more transportation up there.

Stayed in a Patong sunset room for four nights. It was spacious and cool with a large comfortable bed. Great balcony and view. Our room needed a couple of decor repairs to match the high quality of the rest of the hotel. Still, very clean, and resembles the hotel marketing. Breakfast is good. Lots of choice and the restaurant itself is very pleasant. Loved the iced coffee. Only negative is that the pastries were sometimes too hard. The hotel located on a steep hill, but this is not a problem. Taxis easily reach the hotel, or you can walk down the hill and get a Tuk Tuk from the main road (not an easy walk for elderly or young children). There’s a laundry and a good 7 eleven at the bottom of the hill. Being on hill you are far away enough from the noise and chaos of Patong, but only 200 / 300 THB taxi ride away from the centre. We used the free shuttle which was great. Best thing about the hotel is the fabulous staff. They are so pleased to help and gave us great advice on restaurants and excursions. They booked us an excellent sightseeing trip of Phuket, just for the 6 of us, and also an amazing trip to James Bond island. We chose the SKYVIEW as base for excursions and the location works well for that purpose, with the added benefit of a peaceful night sleep. Big thanks to all the staff.

LOCATION: Very quite located at the top of a high & Steep incline , Not the location to stay should you be the kind of person to walk every were unless your super fit,, The Hotel have a shuttle service (FREE) if you wish to spend the day at PATONG BEACH they have early morning and late 18:30 from beach back to Hotel should you wish to make your own way back TUK<TUK cost 300 Bht as a couple PATONG BEACH Road is vast has a lot to offer if you cant find what you want then it don't exist BREAKFAST : VERY VERY GOOD: everything is cooked to MENU Order so fresh and Deli shes BREAD was also fresh every day with fresh Coffee machine as well as a wide choice of drinks,fruit, Cheeses, Chicken Bacon fruit Preserves Cakes On& On If you have an early start on your final day of leaving and its before Breakfast starts at 7.00 you can order the day before for a box Breakfast to take with you and is a good choice yummy sandwich, fruit , Drink Juice & Water

NOTHING to Dislike, The only down side for us was the ROOF TOP Bar and food was closed for renovation, if you choose to stay and this is a on your list then i would contact the Hotel and ask what the situation is with the roof top bar

Breakfast were nice, and the room looks clean.

Just the location a little far from central town

تنبيه للذين لا يحبون الوزغ ( الضاطور ) فهو موجود بكثرة حول الغرف وربما بداخل البهو بسبب طبيعة البلد ومكان الفندق حول الأشجار مباشرة.
