Hotel Ristorante Pizzeria Umbria

Location was convenient and easy to find. I was driving so the free parking was fantastic. The host, Gianpiero, was an absolute legend! He was very knowledgeable about the region and offered great advice on places to visit. He extended the genuine kind of Italian hospitality that only a true gentleman can give. Honestly, it's not five star accomodation but, if your looking for a good night's rest at a budget price with a genuine local cuisine from the restaurant , then look no further.

Wifi was a little spotty from the room, however, very strong from the downstairs dining area. Shower took a little while for the water to heat up but it eventually got there.

Perfect place to stop over for the night when travelling through the area. No thrills, but it’s clean, quiet and friendly. The owner gave us two rooms even if we paid for one, so we could be comfortable. He also manages the restaurant which isn’t bad at all. Cheap and cheerful, that’s all you need when you’re travelling with a moody teenager and an over tired 8 year old.

Per il prezzo chiesto non ci si poteva aspettare molto, ma almeno un bagno decente dove ci si possa voltare e senza puzze di scarico... Per andare sul water occorre mettere i piedi dentro la doccia. Dall'esterno locale un po' fatiscente, disordinato e sporco che fa il paio con gli interni. Sicuramente non andrò più prima di una ristrutturata totale.

Albergo semplice, sulla strada, con bar e ristorante aperto al pubblico al piano inferiore. Le stanze sono piuttosto piccole, con il minimo indispensabile e i letti sono abbastanza comodi. Le stanze erano pulite, ordinate e preparate molto bene. Bagno pulitissimo. L'esterno della nostra camera finiva su un ballatoio comune sporco e mal tenuto, inoltre l'aria condizionata era praticamente inesistente (filtri sporchissimi).

Camera molto piccola con problemi al condizionatore che non funzionava. In bagno la doccia era rotta, sono stato costretto a farmela tenendo il soffione in mano. Colazione ok, cena al ristorante buona con un ottimo prezzo

Struttura molto semplice e datata. Proprietario accogliente e gentile così come tutto il personale che ci lavora. Ottima la cucina del ristorante, menu molto economico! Adatto a chi vuole contenere il budget ed è interessato alla posizione. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera matrimoniale con bagno piccolo dotato di box doccia, bidet e WC (accessibile tramite contorsionismo poiché in un angolo dietro una colonna). Letto con materassi e cuscini cedevoli, poco confortevoli ma per una notte è andata bene così. Ci tornerei visto l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
