"Don’t stay here"

Don’t stay here. They charge for parking in the middle of a suburb in an empty business park. Breakfast is going downhill. Stay at the Marriott or spring hill suites next time. Far better value and experience

"The hallway was cooler than the room"

The hotel looked great, definitely had updates. We got stuck with a room that had no working AC. Found out after entering the room and told it was a known issue, one that wouldn’t be resolved during our stay so we could opt to leave (they will cancel with full refund) or we can stay. The place was booked full.

Booked a room with 2 double beds. Given an accessible room and got told because I booked through a 3rd party that is what I get. Not sure if the sofa bed is clean though
