"Excellent Functional Stay for Families"

Excellent location, felt safe in parking lot, on premises, and the rooms were clean. Loved having a full breakfast bar, full regular bar and close to Costco, lots of restaurants, and shopping.

I love Hyatt Place hotels as they offer a great value. I stay in them whenever I can. I was in town for one night to attend a college football game. This location has free parking, a decent hot breakfast, and very good wifi. I was able to do a Zoom meeting from my room with no wifi problems. The parking lot felt safe. Employees were friendly. The room was clean. The sofa and bed were comfortable. The shower water was strong and could get very hot if you desire. Air conditioner responded well. Mini fridge was clean and large. I would happily stay here again.

"Exceptional"

This was our second stay at this hotel this year. We enjoyed it so much the first time, that we scheduled the second. :) The staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great. It's a great location for all the places we need to go when we're in Fremont. We'll stay again.

Overall, good experience. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and decent breakfast. If you are staying with kids, there is nothing within walking distance so keep that in mind.

"Nice and clean but that’s it"

Hotel was very nice and smelled good. It was also very clean. My biggest complaint was the bar/restaurant was two hours late to open my first night. I ordered a turkey sandwich which they didn’t have so I had to eat the pizza and it was worse than microwave pizza. Only had a Spanish Chanel playing on one tv and WNBA on the other so it was not very entertaining. Bar tender didn’t speak very good English so we had a hard time communicating. Second night the bar wasn’t even open. I doubt I will stay here again in the future. I normally stay in a Hilton or Marriott and thought I would try Hyatt but was not impressed
