I don’t even know where to start! From the moment we arrived to the hotel we were welcomed with such a care and kindness ! Nick, Bachir and Morgan are the best team the hotel can imagine ! I told them I had my bday and they gave us the best room and the best treatment ! I received flowers to the room even tho my bday was few days before! I have been in a lot of high class hotels around the world and believe me when I say- Capri deserves much more stars fo the value they bring to the table! Location is perfect with quiet and absolutely stunning beach access! The atmosphere is so relaxing that you never want to leave ! Everything is clean and top! I literally was crying when I had to leave ! And now I cannot wait to recommend it to all my friends and come back as soon as possible myself !

Capri Laguna isn’t just a place I stay at….it’s a place that genuinely feels like home. From my very first visit (my birthday stay), something just clicked. Since then, I keep coming back…not out of routine, but because of how this team consistently shows up. No matter the time, no matter the reason, they always make sure I’m taken care of. Nick, Bachir, and Esmeralda…you’ve set the standard. The way you welcome me, my friends, and my family doesn’t go unnoticed. It’s thoughtful, it’s genuine, and it’s consistent. That’s rare. After the daily grind, I find myself driving to Laguna Beach just to reset. It’s my quiet place. The views, the serenity, the clean rooms, and the level of service…it all comes together. But what truly makes it special is the people behind it. This is why I keep coming back. Not just for the location…but for how you make me feel every single time. Thank you for making every stay worth it.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and kind. The location is great right on the ocean and there is great seating with chairs and umbrellas at many levels along the shore.
