hassle free checking in process, the pictures of the room didn’t do it justice - we loved the room when we walked in and were really chuffed, quiet area but has all the links to have you in the thick of the city within 20 minutes, flea market down the hill is worth a walk and from there you are right by the center. Again property was amazing, good contact from hosts and really set us up for a great trip ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There was a plumbing issue which they did repair 24 hours after reporting. The dishwasher did not work and was not repaired or replaced during our stay. The apartment would get some sewer smell from time to time. Location was great.

We liked the area. People were very friendly. Lisbon is a beautiful place to visit. Food was great. We were extremely disappointed by the standard of the property given the price we paid, the pictures were not a true representation of the appt we stayed in. The apartment was dirty, and Ill maintained. ⁶

We stayed in appt. 2B . The windows weren't attached to the frame so the noise from the traffic was unbearable. I did ask for a different appt and Teresa was very good at getting back to us stating if she had a cancellation she would let us know. We were there seven nights and never got any sleep. We tried to get a booking somewhere else but unfortunately everywhere was booked up. We also had to contact Teresa on numerous occasions as the electricity kept going off. She explained how to turn it back on so we spent our time having to switch the fuse box on and off all the time we were there. On every complaint we were made to feel it was our fault. We couldnt even boil a kettle or use the toaster We gave up and just ate out. The property was generally dirty, run down and not as advertised in the pictures. The fridge was dirty. The shower was dreadful. The garden was a disaster though an effort was made to clean it up on the 6th day after our arrival. We were extremely dissatisfied given the amount of money we had spent on the accommodation. Not as advertised. I would have liked to have included more photos as these do not give a full picture.

Very good place in a quiet neighborhood of Lisbon, if you look for close by nightlife, this place is not for you. Overall we were glad to stay here

There was mold in the shower. Lots of it. The overall condition of the bathroom was bad. The two towels provided were unusable they were so crunchy and old. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen area was clean.

Was convenient for my personal reasons for being there. If new to Lisbon would be inconvenient.

Teresa is the best!!! We felt at home and it was super clean and safe.

We loved it all. It was just right with all the necessary equipment and comfortable.

The door to the cupboard in the bedroom was very difficult to open. The doorframe was damaged, so we were not the first people to have had that problem.

Nice patio with lovely view. Staircase was narrow and steep.
