A few days stay visiting Lisbon sights. Residential area which was a little grim, rubbish area but about a 15 minute walk into city. Accommodation was a let down. We booked this as it had a balcony but on arrival as you can see it was unusable. We were very disappointed. There was also a leak from the boiler which was just above the safe so we didn’t feel we could risk our personal belongings in there.

It looked pretty okay , until you took a deeper look

Very dirty bathroom. Group of Barking dogs outside. The main lock at the gate didn't work , in a way that you didn't even need the key to open it

Teresa & the Cozy team were especially supportive & guick to answer our questions/concerns. We arrived a couple hours early & we're not well enough after our flight to hang around on the street. Teresa made arrangements to have the apartment made available for our access.a

Don’t stay at this property. There are many other options.

The apartment was lovely, featuring a spacious terrace, plenty of natural light from large windows, and a well thought out layout. The location felt very safe, and the hosts were responsive, providing clear and helpful instructions. The only downside for me was the cleanliness - the floors were a bit dusty, and the towels provided were pretty old with an unpleasant smell. A refresh in this area would definitely enhance the overall experience. Overall, it’s a charming apartment with great potential for an even better stay with a few improvements.
