It was clean and affordable. Staff was friendly and professional

I have MS, it's not uncommon for me to trip on the edge of a rug, uneven pavement, etc. The bathroom tile in my room had a break in the tile, making it uneven, so I had to be extra careful

they had a little trouble finding me in the system upon check in

I like the location. There is a grocery store, gas station and restaurant very near by.

The front desk lady is rude and awful. She made me cry and told me not to be so soft. I have a mental disability and apologized over and over. My mother called to apologize, the woman called her a pansy ass, told her to fuck off and to never call there again. She said she doesnt "have time" for people like me. This location is a franchise so contacting the complaint department didnt do a thing, they stated i need to speak with the owner. After looking at other reviews over this woman, the owner stands up for her and her awful behavior.

Room was adequate and clean

More towels washcloths would've been nice. No soap or shampoo was left for guests.

Terrible, terrible experience with Sarah, the assitant mgr at this hotel - I am an owner of a travel company, having been in business for more than 40 years. I made the reservation via our Wyndham Link, same as always. Sara would NOT check my guests in without a copy of the front and back of the credit card. When I explained that was not possible, Sara proceeded to tell me that she didn't need me how to tell her how to do her job. We asked to cxl the reservation, she ok'd it, but then WOULDN"T cxl the reservation. SHe said I had to do it thru WYNDHAM. When I called Wyndham (877-999-3223), I was told it was too late to cxl. MADDENING!!!!!!!!!!!!! So they are ok with charging the credit card if the guests DON'T stay, but they wouldn't let me clients in and charge the client? Does this make any sense? I would NEVER EVER speak to a client the way that Sara spoke with me. Good for her, she let these clients walk out the door to the HIEXPRESS. I guess she thinks she "won" - TERRIBLE! I did complain to our Wyndham National representative as well.

The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. There was NO elevator!!! We were on the second floor. Three over sixty having to climb steps after driving all day was too much.

NO Elevator Front door is nasty.
