"Front desk needs a little helping in customer service"

The room was updated and clean.

The front desk lady on evening shift said the room was in the back. It was 5 doors down from the office in the front. I ask about the shuttle SHE said drop your key in the morning and ask for one. I went to check out at 7 a.m told the man I needed the shuttle and his reply was " it's not wrote down... Did you tell someone". I told him I did and he acted like I didn't. IT states on the Web site that the shuttle runs 7-11 a.m. every hour. So I'm confused.. How exactly does it work?? I even ask if she was new due to her not knowing things and he seemed to get upset. Only reason I even ask was that maybe they need to refresh her memory. Because it is very important to get to Charlotte airport on time especially in the a.m.
