チェックインが１５分前でしたが快く受付スタッフにお世話になりました。部屋に入った時空気清浄機が作動してありましたが部屋の匂いが気になり加湿ランプもついて加湿ができず… 直ぐ違う空気清浄機と替えて頂きましたファブリーズもなくスタッフに連絡したら部屋まで直ぐ持ってきて頂きました。直ぐに笑顔で要望を引き受けてくださり感謝しています。ありがとうございました😊

The location was very good. There were many restaurants and shops nearby.

We stayed for five nights, so we would have needed shelves for clothes and belongings. The bed was hard because there were no mattress toppers. The pillows could also be replaced with new ones.
