Clean and very conferrable room.

check in was never asked about golf, The first round was 421.00 and the guy at the Pro shop said I can go back and get a voucher from the front desk and save you 15.00 per player. Next day got the voucher and the price was 337.00 . Felt mislead from the guy at the pro shop and not told by the check in guy.

It was close to the venue I booked it for. I liked the rooms and the idea of the villa.

Most of the remotes don't work well. Pillows are uncomfortable. Bath tub is extremely slippery and should be replaced, not supplemented with a dingy tub mat. One of them was actually clogged. My husband and daughter both slipped while bathing. I requested a crib and there wasn't one provided which made my night extremely uncomfortable as I had nowhere to place my baby who doesn't sleep well with others. Also it's highly inconvenient that Staff can only be reached for 8 hours out of the day and close at 6pm and then after that you're pretty much on your own with your issues should any arise. When I reached out this morning to request a later checkout my call went unanswered as were my messages.
