Spark by Hilton Indianapolis Northeast Fishers

It was newly remodeled. I did not not receive the 2 queen bed room I reserved. The room had one queen bed and a pullout sofa bed. Not comfortable for 4 adults. They said that was not what was booked through Expedia, even though I could show them my reservation through Expedia. Not helpful, did not really care, or try to fix the situation.

The saving grace of this hotel was their staff. Very kind and accommodating. Everything else? A hot mess.

It was enjoyable. We brought our dog with us. There was a nice area just outside the door for pets. The neighborhood was walkable,

Location was fair.

Rooms had no hot water. Rooms was not clean. Neighbors had a party and there was a dog that barked the whole time. I expected cleaner rooms and more for breakfast than just Waffles for the prices I paid.

I didn’t stay there due to no hot water. I was told that I was approved for a full refund

No hot water. I call the night before to confirm my reservation and they knew then that they didn’t have any hot water

The fact that we got kicked out because they had our booking incorrectly. Rediculous.
