The staff was friendly

Had to change rooms, bc air conditioning not working. Upon getting in new room, blood stain were on pillowcase and let out bed mattress, leftover food in refrigerator, microwave was dirty, headboard had stains. Luckily I bought items to disinfect a d wipe down, had to go to other room and grab the mattress and sheets.

Nothing

The staff were incredibly kind throughout the whole stay, and only redeeming quality. However, the room we stayed in was incredibly unclean (maybe even dangerous?). The bottom of the bathroom door was shredded along with the whole of the office chair. Many spots had not been wiped down from the last visitor, including the headboard. The bathroom light switches were also not covered properly, and the fan did not work. Finally, the main light fixture in the room was completely missing.

Everything was good, except for a missing shower curtain..Beds were comfy and good breakfast

Clean & comfortable. Great waffles. Lovely staff.

Very few electrical outlets working. Stained mattress. Cooked breakfast ran out 1 1/2 hrs before closing.

Older style rooms and decor ... pool was out of order on our stay as well

The tub looked dirty and yellow. The sink wouldn’t drain. The pull out bed didn’t have blankets. The microwave was really old. Smelled musty when we arrived. The staff in the front were very kind and sweet
