Die Lage ist für uns am Golfplatz perfekt. Der Service ist großartig und die Freundlichkeit der Menschen, die dort arbeiten.

Die Küchenmöbel und Badezimmer Möbel sind in die Jahre gekommen – ist aber alles sehr sauber und hat immer noch einen gewissen Charme

"Saofian de recepción lo peor"

Spa

El trato de Saofian (no sé escribir muy bien el nombre) de recepción. Muy prepotente y sarcástico. Debido a un mal entendido, su respuesta final fue: “Me extraña que no se me haya entendido, tengo un premio de comunicador”. Esto se dijo delante del jefe segundo de recepción. Juan Navarro, que no solo fue amable con nosotros sino que consiguió que no pusiera una hoja de reclamaciones. 14 años llevo trabajando en reservas, y nunca había escuchado a un recepcionista decir algo así a un cliente. Y mucho menos en Marriots y lo que está cadena representa. Pésima atención al cliente, dando a entender que no entendemos las cosas porque tiene un premio de comunicador. Por favor……

La villa preciosa súper bonita , tranquilo todo alrededor del campo de golf solo se escucha tranquilidad y pájaros el parking estupendo el chico de la piscina etham súper simpático muy atento así da gusto con ganas de trabajar y la chica de animación marina también súper simpática nos ha encantado el spa
