Just needs some updates to the condo beds need to be replaced and also carpet. It could use some minor updating. It’s a beautiful view but it definitely needs work on the inside.

Awesome a little outdated
Stay with 4 adults for 3 days with limited towels, clean your own trash when we were charged cleaning fee. There should be more service provided at the hotel rather than call to get service. View was excellent and valet service was good.
Easy check in; comfy bed, good linens, nice view, restaurants and grocery nearby. The tap water tastes awful, so stock up on bottled water. The balcony table, chairs, and floor needed to be cleaned so we did it ourselves. Note: that there is almost nothing in the unit. We bought salt, pepper, olive oil, TP, laundry soap, coffee and filters.
Our room was clean and spacious, no complaints here. Great harbor view. Easy check in and out! We didn’t have to talk to anybody

Perfect location to everything. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Our room was facing the Northwest so our room did not have direct sun so the rooms were able to stay nice an cool with just the ceiling fan. Didn't need to use the AC. Great view of the boats and ocean with beatiful sunsets every day, and views to watch the Surfers.
Beautiful view. Room was nice. Hallways were too warm. Felt like there was zero vents.
