Me gustó la atención del personal los cuáles eran todos muy amables y serviciales. El servicio de buffet que ofrecían estaba bastante completo, el hotel tiene buena ubicación al igual que se encontraba bastante limpio.

La habitación está poco iluminada, tenía que abrir la persiana completamente para arreglarme o arreglar las cosas. Tampoco me gustó la puerta del baño, siento que le quita privacidad a la persona usuaria.

El desayuno muy rico.

La habitación no era moderna para lo que pagas, utensilios para gente con problemas de movilidad en el baño, aspecto viejo. En la habitación un calor espantoso. Para poder poner el aire acondicionado el mando muy alto y sin poder cambiar la temp. El ruido del aire acondicionado con un sonido horrible, muy viejo. He dormido fatal, o con mucho calor o con ruido sin poder dormir plácidamente. Necesita un lavado de cara para valorar este hotel como 4 estrellas.
