The location.

The room was not clean. There are feces splashed on bathroom base and walls. The room A/c was loud and needed maintenance.

Room was spacious and clean. The king size bed was comfortable. It was very close to the highway and the University of Vermont. It also had plenty of options for breakfast.

My room had a pull out couch for my son however they need to get better mattresses. It was too thin and you could feel the wired and frame. Extremely uncomfortable!! Wish the pillows were a little more firm. I felt as if my head sunk into the pillow not much cushion.
