The staff were exceptionally polite, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, creating a very pleasant overall experience. The hotel also offers a stunning and truly unbeatable view, which is definitely one of its strongest highlights. Parking was easy and convenient, making arrival and departure stress-free. Lunch at the bar was also a standout, it was delicious and well prepared. The rooms, while slightly outdated, are well maintained and kept very clean thanks to excellent housekeeping.

The wellness area was enjoyable overall, but the jacuzzi was not as hot as expected, which was a bit disappointing. Dinner in the evening restaurant did not meet expectations. Several dishes lacked flavor, particularly the risotto, which was quite bland. Some dishes also had an overly sour taste, making the overall dining experience less enjoyable.
