Der Empfang und das Personal waren toll. Atemberaubender Blick und sehr gemütliches Zimmer. Sehr schönes Dekor und Innenausstattung des Hotels

Der Spabereich hätte besser ausgestattet sein können. Der Jacuzzi war kalt. Das Restaurant hätte ein größeres Angebot haben können und der Service im Restaurant war etwas unorganisiert.

"we won't come back here again"

We paid for a room with a jacuzzi, but it was not working, and no proper solution or compensation was offered. The service was below expectations, and staff did not respond adequately to our requests. This stay was disappointing.
