Did not get to stay as they refused to hyonor price gtiven me through booking,com

Front desk clerk was hostile and rude and refused to engage with resolving the difference between booked price and what he tried to charge me. He said oh well that's what it is. and I have no rooms at that price

Towel bar fell off the wall, mold on the walls in the bathroom, floor outside of bathroom was buckled and raised, carpets hadn’t been scrubbed/cleaned in a long time, towels smelled
