The main problem was that bathroom was cold. It was freezing when we arrived and even after switching on the heating still could not get a confortable temperature. Also for 5 people the amount of hot water was too little.

The best aspect of the stay was the excellent location of the hut: two minutes walk from the park entrance. That enables easy return for rest, eating. Despite being close to the reception, has a comparatively private atmosphere. Also parking is ready because of proximity to the reception parking. The hut feels new, is well equipped and clean.

Only downside is awful mattresses in the gallery, and bad mattresses in the bedroom, to the extent of back-ache. One of us moved to sleep on the sofa-bed. The owner said bluntly that he did not get any rejects in the 10 past years. That tells something about the age of the mattresses, in contrast with the good general condition of the place. Another aspect is payment to the park - we were told by the reception that we have 20% discount on the tickets to Tatraland. That isn't any better than ordering via gopass. Also - gopass has a two day ticket that is good also for Besenova park. Not that there is no access to a lake beach, as may be understood. The lake is a short drive from the hut, and not free. Except for the unpleasant conversation with the owner about the (unsatisfactory) condition of the mattresses, the stay was Great.
