Staff and facility was excellent

The location and the nature

Service was terrible. The only friendly and good member of staff was the gentleman making omelettes in the morning. The pool is more like a hot tub than a pool. The rooms are too old and need a revamp.

Room was delightful - plenty of space, everything we needed and more, bed very comfortable - lights pretty easy :) - loved the heated pool - great breakfast

that at this level of facility you charge for a cappuccino at breakfast - was surprised. When checking out there was a charge for the bar of around $100 that was not ours, but the checkout lady said "she needed to investigate" before closing out my bill. Almost like saying "we don't believe you" and I don't like leaving a hotel without finalizing the bill. Otherwise, it was an amazing four days - thank you.

Celebrated my 40th here with friends who have never been and wow!! This property does not disappoint. From check-in to check-out the staff was amazing, the included amenities just elevate the entire stay. The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable. The use of the house car to get around is so helpful. The property itself is a 10! Don't hesitate on the price when booking...it's 100% worth every penny. We cannot wait to go back again soon!
