"It is a bed!"

Initially the price compared to other hotels in the area.

The property needs updating badly. Walls are dirty, scratched. The room door (the frame of the door) need repairing, therefore the door would not open well. The room on the upper floor had a kid that stumped most of the night. Outside was a gathering of people loud with music. No consideration for other people staying.

"It was just OK"

The staff was friendly. The location was good. The room was clean.

The coffee machine was broken rhe first morning. Our entry door had to be fiddled with to get to latch. The hallway smelled like dope constantly.

"It fit the need for our baseball tournament for the weekend."

The location to the event we were attending.

The bed was uncomfortable and the sofa bed didn’t have any linens or pillows in the room. Also around the ac in our room, the floor felt like it was gonna fall in.
