Large rooms with larger window. Shower door kept water off of the floor. There was a kettle in the room and a refrigerator. The staff was very helpful. And, plenty of hot water. There were mini-marts close by with drinks and snacks.

Shower and sink area could have been a little bit bigger.

Excelente opción con gran relación calidad-precio 📍 Ubicado en una zona residencial de Ouarzazate, conocida como la puerta del desierto. No es un alojamiento céntrico, pero: Las distancias en la ciudad son cortas, Es ideal si se viaja en coche Dispone de: Aparcamiento en la puerta, Vigilancia nocturna por parte del personal, La zona es tranquila y segura. Hay algunos comercios cercanos, aunque para cenar es recomendable desplazarse. Instalaciones y ambiente, Alojamiento de aspecto moderno y bien cuidado, probablemente de construcción reciente. Desde antes de la llegada, la comunicación fue fluida y eficiente, y al llegar ya tenían todo preparado para nuestro grupo de 6 personas. Dispone de un sistema elevador para equipaje (tipo montacargas), útil ya que no hay ascensor. Habitaciones muy amplias y confortables: Camas grandes y cómodas, Pequeño salón anexo, Buena distribución El baño también destaca: Ducha independiente, Totalmente funcional La limpieza fue impecable, tanto en habitaciones como en zonas comunes. El trato fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. A la llegada, el montacargas no funcionaba, pero el personal subió el equipaje sin problema, Al día siguiente ya estaba reparado y lo utilizaron para bajar las maletas. Atención cercana y resolutiva La conexión WiFi funcionó perfectamente, algo que se agradece especialmente tras varios días en zonas más remotas. El desayuno se sirve en un precioso salón en la última planta. Servicio en mesa, Bastante completo, Entorno muy agradable Una excelente elección en Ouarzazate, especialmente para viajeros en ruta. Destaca por sus habitaciones amplias, limpieza impecable, buen servicio y facilidad de aparcamiento, todo ello con una relación calidad-precio inmejorable.

Sehr ausgefallene Ausstattung! Netter Empfang. Gute Umgebung, mit gutem Restaurant

Service was impeccable. There is a base nearby and at a certain hour, there is a loud boom that comes from there. Considering the timing of everything going on in the world, that could've scared us. But the staff was so considerate as to explain / warn us. They made reservations at the restaurant for us, and gave us multiple recommendations. Very courteous.

The water pressure and the two handled faucet in the shower is the only thing I didn't like.

Trop loin de la vieille ville à pied. Pièces communes (salon et salle à manger) non chauffées.

早餐美味，员工热情，卧室比较大，有专门运输行李箱的简易电梯，住宿很好找。

卫生间稍微小了一点。
