По приезду отель приятно удивил бесплатным апгрейдом номера , номер был шикарен. ОООчень приветливый персонал!!! Локация идеальная как для отдыха, так и для встреч . Шаговой доступности торговые дома (К-11) и много чего интересного, из-за ограниченного времени не успел все пройти.

Great location connected to a mall - nice designed rooms Even tho most of the staff didn’t speak English they were very friendly.

The staff doesn’t speak English, we had to work with everyone with google translate. We often stay in Jumeirah hotels but here we we’re disappointed by the pool area and the language barrier.

A true 5 star experience. From arrival to check out, staff could not be more attentive. We received a complimentary upgrade and our room was clean and well stocked on arrival and throughout our stay. Small details like the night time soups and daily fruit and water top ups were noted. Gym and spa facilities were great - we used these daily. Buffet breakfast had a good variety of Chinese and western options. Room service was also quick.

Absolutely outstanding stay at the Jumeirah Guangzhou! This hotel is truly exceptional, beautiful, brand new, and impeccably designed with a sense of luxury that’s felt the moment you walk in. Our room on the 53rd floor offered breathtaking panoramic views of the Guangzhou skyline, especially stunning both day and night. What truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service, especially from the concierge team. A very special thank-you to Hans, who went above and beyond to take care of us. When we encountered a taxi driver attempting to overcharge us, Hans handled the situation calmly and professionally, ensuring everything was resolved smoothly and fairly. It was incredibly reassuring to have his support considering we don’t speak mandarin. Hans was also a fantastic source of local knowledge. His breakfast dim sum recommendations were spot-on, and his suggestions for must-see sights around Guangzhou helped us make the most of our visit. This level of personalized care made us feel genuinely welcomed and well looked after. From the stunning views and modern elegance to the outstanding hospitality, Jumeirah Guangzhou sets a new standard for luxury hotels. We couldn’t recommend it more highly and would absolutely stay here again. A perfect experience from start to finish.
