Econo Lodge Cocoa Beach - near the Port

It's a good clean and comfortable stay for one or two. The price was reasonable and close to restaurants.

We didn't have any problems

The host/owner at check in was pleasant and helpful. We were in town for launch, and everything was sold out or incredibly expensive. The location was pretty good.

The room was old and in disrepair. It had a bad smell. It was dark and felt dirty. It was very expensive.

I didn't like anything about it The place is run down

I didn't like the fact that when I came to the property I instantly knew that is not where I wanted to stay so I asked the night shift guy to allow me in the room and which he came and let us in and the smell in the smelt like mothballs as if they was trying to keep down rodents I said no I cannot stay in this dingi place. I would like a refund and he stated he had to call the manager whose name is supposed to be Savan And he stated that he could not give me a refund until tomorrow he get there. So today is the tomorrow the manager was talking about and when I called he wants to take 50% of my money for cancellation I told him that is not what booking.com told me I need the money back and I did not want to give him half of my money. Well anyway it was not a good environment.

Läget var bra, flera restauranger och butiker på gångavstånd. Stranden helt ok nära. Poolen ligger på parkeringen men var bra. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal.

The facility was very kind and helpful to our needs. It was amazing to even get an early Checkin after being on an all night redeye flight. They were so gracious to accommodate a little confusion with my booking reservation and I will absolutely return to stay here in the future.

Very nice small place and quiet. Staff was very helpful and friendly. All around it was a good experience.

There wasn’t much that I didn’t like. For the price it was worth it. I didn’t like the fact that one of the staff members asked me for a tip. That is something that you do if you appreciate the service. It’s not something that should be asked for.
