Comfort Inn & Suites Cartersville - Emerson Lake Point

The room was freezing. The ceiling looked like it was peeling and getting ready to fall in. We asked for another room. They found another but did not have a walk in shower. We went to breakfast , almost no coffee and no one around to ask. No batter for the waffle maker. Very disappointed!!

Room was fairly upgraded. Quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Bathroom showed it's age. Especially tub and shower. But better than most.

Something kept biting me. The young lady took pictures of the flea I found crawling on me and offered me aloe. Unfortunately, I’m allergic to most antihistamines that would have helped. She said she’d have management contact me but never did. Place was pretty clean and staff were nice overall but no one wanted to address the flea bites and us having to leave super early on Monday even though we’d requested late check out.

Would not let us stay due to living within 50 miles of the hotel. This should have been brought up before booking.

Clean and friendly service

The staff and breakfast were really good.

The remote would not program to the TVs in the room. A staff member tried several different remotes, but he was unsuccessful at getting any of them to work. My children stated that the chlorine was too strong in the pool.

Friendly staff and convenient location

Very dirty pool and cockroach in my room. Also had a food delivery person knocking on my door after I was asleep. When I explained that I didn’t place an order they said the front desk gave them the wrong room number.

The staff at this hotel were super helpful and friendly. I extended my stay 3 times & the front desk was always accommodating. The room was so spacious and had a great feel and layout. The room was very clean.
