Love the staff

To many people outside of rooms , talking outside of other people’s rooms loudly, music blasting all times of night and day needs more privacy.

Nothing! The property was horrible! I booked a queen size bed with handicap accessibility, and when I got there, I was given a room upstairs with two clean beds because supposedly everything was sold out when I got into the room. There was dried boogers on the wall. The floor was so sticky so I went down to management and had him give me another room and when I walked into that room, it smelt like cat urine. It was very gross so then he gives me a third room and it’s back upstairs mind you this is not what I reserved or paid for ahead of time. And when I went to the upstairs room, it was just as bad as the others the toilet was leaking. I have multiple pictures to show how disgusting this place is. I’m very disappointed because I had visited here two other times in the past and the rooms were on the other opposite end of the building buildings and they were much better

Like I had stated before what I didn’t like is that the place is disgusting you make a reservation and then when you get there, they say they don’t even have the room for you. They’re sold out however I had paid ahead of time. The floors are gross. The beds look gross. There’s nasty things on the wall. This place is just really disgusting. It smells.

The guy who checked us in was pretty surly, plus it sounded like we had a basketball team above us. No ice machine, and hard to get the "constant fan" going. However, the room was clean & nice and had no problem with that. There was a gate at the front that made it safe (good, because our door latch was broken)

It’s easier to say what went right here: nothing. The first room I got had bugs, no sheets in the bed, no smoke detector, no trash cans, and no latch for the door. I called the front desk if they could switch me. The guy on night duty, Andy, I believe started mocking me on the phone so I went to the office and asked for a new room. He was very rude and I had a long day of traveling it was so late I just wanted to sleep and he was very difficult. The new room was no better. The toilet was so dirty, still bugs, bathroom smells like pee, no coffee maker, freezer disgusting with mold, floor visibly dirty, shower didn’t work the whole nob was off…and much more. I’ve been at a travelodge before and it hasn’t been like this. You’re better off sleeping on the concrete for free.

Cigarette burns and roaches. Mold and dirty. Ac worked that was the only good part.

The rooms were clean and nice and cool the only problem is there was cockroaches in my room.
