Hotel WO Yongsan Station

It was cheap, cute, and clean! This is definitely a bare-bones type of place. The room even had condoms! I would not stay more than one night here, but it suited our needs since that's all we needed.

The AC didn't work, so the window had to remain open. Woke up to the sound of someone puking in the alley the next morning.

The location is the only thing that's good about this place. It's located near various restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and public transportation. This place is also within a short walking distance to I-Park Mega Mall.

This place should not be depicted as a hotel. It's more like a run-down motel. There are a total of 4 floors without an elevator and no front reception area to check-in with a live receptionist. There is a kiosk that dispenses your key upon entering the reservation confirmation bar code. The steps leading to the room are steep and uneven. Upon entering the room, it smelled of old lingering cigarette smoke, visible mold stains surrounding the walls & floor, and poor ventilation. We booked 2 rooms, one for myself & the other for my elderly father for 8 nights, and after only 1 night, we had to check out. When we requested a refund for the remaining nights, they refused. We're still disputing the charges at this time.

チェックイン時のスタッフの対応はとても良かったですが、シャワーの温度が低すぎな上に水圧も低いのでシャンプーで洗髪する気になれなかった。

It was dirty, there was leftover food on the table in my room, it smelt horrible.

Location is the best, then 2nd is receptionist who was willing to bring my luggage up to 5th floor, and let me borrow cell-fone chargers.

The house has 5 floors but no elevator ! so tired climbing up & down.

Customer service is good.

This hotel is not normal hotel. This is love hotel.

2023/9/16~18で2泊 1人利用　セミダブル エレベーター無しの5F 龍山駅(新龍山駅)徒歩10分 チェックインは機械が置いてあり自動かなと思ったら管理人室から出てきてくれて英語で名前(スペル)を言えばすぐカードキーくれました。(機械はパッと見ハングルでした) ラブホを改装したと思われる建物ですが、部屋掃除、タオル交換等はきちんとして頂けました。 コンセントは現地のものですので変換器必要です。 部屋の入口入って靴脱ぐタイプでした。 チェックアウトはキーを黄色い返却口に返して終わりです。コンビニは近くには無く、駅からの途中にあるところで買うのがベター(ホテル東側の大通り沿い 歩いて5分くらい) 寝るだけなら十分で、価格次第では再利用ありです。

Room was very nice and clean, aircon was great considering how hot it was outside! Free bottles of cold water and coffee was definitely a plus! Bathroom was very nice and clean as well with some free soaps. Bed could be comfier but despite how hard it was it was still pretty cosy!

Check-in was a little strange, no communication was received before the date and no reply to messages either. Asked if it was okay to leave my luggage but no one was there to say where, so I just kind of left it in the foyer which isn't really secure.
