No table to eat or sit, bench space ok' Wifi & TV modules take up space, need mounting or secure in comms box' fridge & lounge wear & tear, Wash basin & Tap don't match: Water spills and leaks into cupboard hence wetting toilet paper! Either needs tinting or a light curtain to cover large window out looking at the city,

Cozy apartment, comfy bed and very aimple access to the unit.

Nothing, all was good.

Location

Very filthy stinky hallways and elevators. Patio door was near to impossible to open due to lack of maintenance and upkeep. Lack of towels. Very noisy air conditioners.

I really appreciated how clean and well-equipped the unit was. It had everything we needed, including a full-sized refrigerator, stove, dishes, and cookware, which made it convenient for us to prepare our own meals. The air conditioning was a big plus; although it was loud, it helped drown out the noise from the street and kept the unit cool. The location was perfect for our needs, with many attractions and amenities within walking distance. Overall, the room was well worth the price.

There were a couple of things that I didn't like during my stay. First, we encountered an issue with the door lock. The battery died, and we were unable to access our room for almost four hours. This was a major inconvenience, and we had a lot of difficulty trying to reach the property management to get the door issue resolved. Additionally, the room we stayed in was not the same as the one shown in the pictures. The pictures appear to show three different rooms, which was a bit misleading.

The condo was equipped with everything you may need and at the perfect location

There was a hiccup getting into the apartment on the first night but was sorted

I like that the door was a passcode so while I'm out and about I don't need to stress about holding a key card. The accommodation provides necessary facilities for a stay in Waikiki. An ABC store and Mac'Donalds just outside the premises was convenient too. The guest on premises were very polite and kind as well. The host was also very kind and even checked in with me on my last day if I needed anything to make my departure smoother.

There was renovations being done in the room right next to mine. During the day I could hear the loud hammering going on. Fortunately I was out of the room most of the day but there were some afternoons I would be back in the room to get some rest before next meetup and this noise didn't help. This my only reason for missing 10 star rating lets hope that renovations is done soon so the next guest doesn't go through it.

Location was good

For this room, if you need a place where you are looking to save a few bucks by making your own food, and staying close to the malls and all, this is a great place. Kitchen was pretty well appointed, and it was rather easy to walk to a lot of food places nearby.

Roaches. The building has roaches. We saw several in the hallway on our floor in the days leading up to our departure, as well, we have seen/killed several of them. Additionally, the bed is a little unforgiving, the pillows are not the best, you have limited options for streaming (cable only provided), garbage disposal is not consistent, and the property does not have enough amenities for more than 5 or so days.
