Good size room as advertised.

Location is not great. While it is close to the mall and not far from it is in a dirtier / noisy part of town with a lot of local drunks around. So be aware price is reflected in location. Dryer was not really reliable / did not work too well.

The option for a 2bed apartment relatively close to the ferry terminal.

These apartments are extremely disappointing, the number one issue is cleaning, the kitchen is filthy. All kitchen utensils, plates and cutlery had the previous guests food stuck in them so we needed to clean anything before use. Furniture is in a terrible condition, so much so the couch is held together with black tape, and an old duvet cover is put on top as a disguise. Beds & pillows are very uncomfortable they appear to be very old and in desperate Need of replacement. The apartment was foul smelling when we checked in, we were told it was the smell of the bins. Overall we were bitterly dissatisfied and would definitely not have stayed here had we known how unclean the apartment was and would not recommend. Would love to have been refunded and found accommodation elsewhere.

The room was spacious, with secure free parking. It was very clean, and the staff provided excellent service

Some of the facilities were a bit dated, but the price was reasonable.

The apartment was very spacious and well stocked. Lyn in reception was so nice and chatty and made the stay feel really homely.

One of the shower taps kept becoming loose which was mildly annoying.
