"Great Stay, a little billing error"

Clean, comfortable and perfect for a short term or long term stay. Very reasonable and friendly staff. My only issue was being charged twice one by hotels.com and again my Marriott. The issue is still not resolved. I think it was user era because I was asked to swipe my card several times. I have reached out to corporate at Marriott and trust it will be resolved. The stay was great and I would stay again for business or baltimore needs.

"Don’t stay here if you expect excellent customer service after booking two rooms snd spending close to $600 for a one ni"

Staff were not customer service driven and quite combative with us. They chose to address issues with minor children and threatened them instead of dealing with the parents/adults that were there on-site. They quoted “rules” they said were posted on their website but were not able to provide it when asked for them.

I liked the size of the room with kitchen which included refrigerator, microwave, small range top for cooking, etc.

The cost should be a little cheaper considering you only offer Queen beds not King beds. Also consider adding more variety/options for breakfast (maybe someone to make omelets).

"Have stayed there in the past. Will probably stay there again."

Location. Close to things we wanted to do. Close to family in that area.

Minor things. Ice maker in refrigerator didn't work. Even though the coffee urns were always available in lobby area there were several times there was no coffee.
